    Phoenix Logistics seeks an experienced and dependable Accounting Manager to add to our talented team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the staff accounting team, preparing reports, and assisting in tax & audit procedures.

    Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage department containing several staff accountants.
    • Support accounting department management in all aspects of accounting.
    • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines consistently.
    • Setup and maintenance of new contracts in accounting software.
    • Prepare periodic reconciliations.
    • Analyze variances, review ledger details, and prepare adjustment entries on assigned accounts.
    • Assist the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Assist in year-end audits/reviews and tax preparation work.
    • Prepare and analyze annual and long-term forecasts and budgets.
    • Prepare and enforce policies and procedures across the organization.
    • Focus on continuous improvement in processes and usage of technology.
    • Assist in other duties as needed.

    Accounting Manager Skills Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
    • Master’s Degree and/or CPA license is a plus.
    • Prior experience with managing/leading a department or function.
    • Prior experience with an accounting ERP preferred (prior experience with SAGE a plus).
    • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong communication skills; the candidate will be required to interface with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, tenants, etc.).
    • Works well against deadlines.
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work within a team and independently.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.

    We are hiring a National Sales Coordinator specializing in third-party logistics (3PL) with an emphasis on contract warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment. The position will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers, building a rapport with existing clients, and growing revenue. This position is full-time exempt, with a significant component of compensation to be incentive-based.

    National Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales goals.
    • Generate revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
    • Understand customer requirements, procedures, and goals to collaborate with Operations.
    • Develop and maintain long-term consultative customer relationships to understand where to offer solutions.
    • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to help resolve issues by interfacing between the customer and our operations, generate organic growth and sell our services in other markets.
    • Be a logistics and trucking expert.

    National Sales Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Experience selling 3PL services using a variety of pricing models.
    • Build trust with customers by ensuring that all of their needs are being met as committed.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and speak in front of groups.
    • Be driven by results, yet patient to work through the sales process.
    • Demonstrate an ability to have a high degree of attention to detail.

    National Sales Coordinator Preferred Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience performing sales in the logistics, warehousing, or trucking industry.
    • Past operational experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
    • Working understanding of WMS functionality.
    • Transportation experience is also helpful.
    Phoenix Logistics is seeking organized, diligent, and responsible material handlers/warehouse workers. In this position, you will interact daily with your fellow warehouse employees to successfully service our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Load and unload product from trucks
    • Pick orders
    • Put away product
    • Identify and report damage
    • Keep an accurate warehouse inventory
    • Assist in keeping a safe work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Previous lift truck or heavy equipment experience is required
    • Proficient in math and reading
    • Customer service oriented
    • Experience with RF guns or tablets for receiving, put away, and picking
    • Ability to prioritize and balance completion of several tasks; self-motivated
    • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness and eagerness to learn new skills
    • Clean safety record
    • Provide creative process improvement suggestions
