We are seeking an organized, diligent, and responsible individual with attention to detail to fill our Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC) position at our Coffeyville, KS location. In this position, you will manage all inventory onsite via the use of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) while working with the onsite team to establish best practices and procedures to ensure inventory health is maintained throughout all unloading, picking, and loading activities.

Inventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory according to company guidelines
  • Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
  • Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
  • Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
  • Nurture positive relationships with clients and provide customer service as needed
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the driver of inventory discrepancies while developing CAPAs (Corrective Actions/Preventative Actions) to help reduce the risk of reoccurrence moving forward
  • Assist the Site Manager in preparation and planning of the annual physical inventory

Inventory Control Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Prior experience resolving inventory variances using investigative processes
  • Extract data from WMS into Excel for data analysis
  • Effective and professional communication with internal and external customers
  • Experience with OS&D reporting
  • Manage nonconforming material process
  • Initiate process improvement
  • Prior forklift experience
  • Detail oriented

We are hiring a National Sales Coordinator specializing in third-party logistics (3PL) with an emphasis on contract warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment. The position will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers, building a rapport with existing clients, and growing revenue. This position is full-time exempt, with a significant component of compensation to be incentive-based.

National Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Generate revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Understand customer requirements, procedures, and goals to collaborate with Operations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term consultative customer relationships to understand where to offer solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to help resolve issues by interfacing between the customer and our operations, generate organic growth and sell our services in other markets.
  • Be a logistics and trucking expert.

National Sales Coordinator Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Experience selling 3PL services using a variety of pricing models.
  • Build trust with customers by ensuring that all of their needs are being met as committed.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and speak in front of groups.
  • Be driven by results, yet patient to work through the sales process.
  • Demonstrate an ability to have a high degree of attention to detail.

National Sales Coordinator Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience performing sales in the logistics, warehousing, or trucking industry.
  • Past operational experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Working understanding of WMS functionality.
  • Transportation experience is also helpful.
