Business Development Manager

Phoenix Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager who has experience in the following: generating leads, writing pricing proposals, & landing new business in the 3PL space.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generate new 3PL business using existing & potential customer networks
  • Manage existing national accounts & cultivate growth
  • Negotiate complex warehouse agreements
  • Prepare & submit RFP responses to 3PL users
  • Support operations team in improving performance
  • Determine pricing strategies to meet client demands
  • Assist in other duties as needed


Skills/Experience Required:

  • A successful track record in sales & landing new business
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the 3PL Warehouse & Distribution Industry
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work within a team and independently

3PL Independent Sales Representative

Phoenix Logistics is looking for an experienced independent sales rep that has extensive knowledge and contacts in the logistics space. 5+ years preferred. Retainer and commission to be negotiated.


  • Ability to vet viable customers in need of 3PL services, write opening proposals based on customer’s needs and cost structures provided.
  • Assist with RFP submissions.


Warehouse Locations:
