Chief Operating Officer Phoenix Investors | Senior Vice President of Phoenix Logistics
As Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Investors, Mr. Kriewaldt oversees day-to-day operations and drives corporate strategic development, while also leading Phoenix Logistics. He brings more than 25 years of experience across the industrial real estate and logistics sectors, with extensive expertise in real estate operations, third-party logistics, contract negotiation, new business development, and supply chain optimization. A Certified Public Accountant and attorney, Mr. Kriewaldt’s legal and financial background further complements his professional focus on real estate and logistics practices.
In addition, he is also a prolific contributor to industry discourse and heads Phoenix Investors’ security company, reinforcing the firm’s integrated and risk-aware operating approach. Known for his customer-first philosophy, Mr. Kriewaldt is committed to building long-term relationships and creating mutually beneficial partnerships. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University.

MATT WOZNICKI
Vice President of Phoenix Logistics
With more than two decades of supply chain experience, Matt Woznicki brings deep expertise in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and food-grade warehousing and manufacturing operations. Over the past five years with the company, he has progressed through key leadership roles, including Material Management Director and Director of Operations, and now serves as Vice President of Logistics.
In this role, Mr. Woznicki leads new customer startups, strategic planning, and initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost optimization across warehousing, inventory management, and transportation. His leadership emphasizes operational excellence and the development of scalable, customer-centric logistics solutions.
